5. Bank Of America has the following Programs:
   1. Neighborhood Advantage Zero Down™ has no down payment requirement with a good credit history. Even closing costs can come from a gift or other sources.
   2. Neighborhood Advantage Credit Flex™ features little or no established credit and flexible credit guidelines. Little or no borrower contributions required, any remaining closing costs may come from other sources. (Homebuyer education may be required.)
   3. Neighborhood Champions® Protected Mortgage™ Program rewards our teachers, police officers, firefighters, medical workers and related occupations with flexible credit guidelines, little or no down payment requirement, and includes Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, provided by Minnesota Life Insurance Company with premiums paid by Bank of America.
   4. Neighborhood Combo™ Home Equity Loan can be used with many fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgages in a first and second mortgage combination to avoid private mortgage insurance payments with a little down payment.
   5. Community Commitment® helps borrowers qualify easier for financing with no required mortgage insurance, flexible
      income guidelines, and little down payment. One-on-one counseling and classroom homebuyer education may be required.
