About Me

Michael Campbell: A 1996 BS Business Administration in Financial Services from UNLV, works for Keller Williams Realty and is a licensed Mortgage Consultant since 2002. He is dedicated to giving back to the community in addition to assisting FirstTime Homebuyers & other professionals that there is a shortage of in Southern Nevada; such as and nurses, teachers, & construction Workers. Among the ways he does this is by donating $500 on each real estate transaction to the charitable organization of the client's choice; by donating money for community development and redevelopment in Henderson through a fund he has established called the Campbell Housing Fund; and also donating as much as $2500 of his compensation on each deal to help 1st time homebuyers with their closing costs and/or first couple payments on their mortgage. “Since the pricing on our local Real Estate market has softened a bit, I can really help a first time homebuyer various ways: By combination of negotiating the sales price on various houses around town, asking the seller to contribute to the closing costs, and donating part of my real estate commission to help them with the first payment’s and/or closing costs. This is especially useful for new residents moving here who need time to get on their feet and get their finances in order.” Campbell said.

He has also signed up to be a mentor through UNLV's Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies and is on the Executive Team at the Business Community Investment Council.
