I am on the Executive Team on The Business Community Investment Council and am I will do everything in my power to make my 1st time homebuyer program/down payment assistance program to as many people as possible to allow them chance for the American Dream.

My goal is to create a 1st time homebuyer program, with an emphasis for nurses. Once this is set up, I can do a massive advertising campaign on it to all nurses in CA and other cities. Silver State has a program where we will allow up to 6% in seller contributions on 100% financing. The actual closing costs take about 3% if we buy the rate down a bit, then we can set up a credit with escrow to have the remaining 3% spread out to have them payments made for them for 3-4 months. I will write up each offer as low as possible, and ask the seller to contribute the maximum on each offer, and then give them up to 5% of the purchase price of the house.
